Enroute to OSH, we visited with an old college friend of Chris' in the Minneapolis area. Richard and his family were very kind to put us up and spend their time visiting. While there, we saw a bald eagle! Neat!

Landed at OSH. It was kind of weird coming in this early. The NOTAM wasn't yet in effect, so we just talked to the tower like normal. Got a great spot right next to the flightline.

We got to work setting up the tents.

One of our camping neighbors brought their daughter, Evangeline, a precocious 7-ish year old girl. Evangeline was excited to show off her pet lizard and even let Chris hold it.
