I primed the glare shield and the tube edge I had bonded on a few days ago.
I'm so terrible at painting. Orange peel on this fuel pump housing. I messaged my friend,
Jim, about this. He gave me some tips. To cure this, I wet sanded the orange peel off and
applied another coat. It worked out okay...not great...just okay. Tomorrow, I may run to
get some Rustoleum. The glare shield will be painted flat black, and these other parts will
be painted satin black.
Primed parts drying in the sun.
This priming job is a good match for my usual crappy painting work. Orange peel everywhere. I'm going to have to sand this before painting.
