There were a few dents in the ends of the glareshield edge tube, so I filled them with some micro and sanded that smooth.

The other side had a few dents as well. Same here...fill, cure, then sand smooth.

While I'm getting interior parts primed and painted, I recalled the corrosion I had in my master cylinders and decided to check the parking brake valve.

Sure enough, the barrel was corroded.

Marked the position of the top fittings so that I could get them back to where they were and not mess up my tubing fitment.

Sure enough, the steel bits in these check valves are also corroded. Ordered replacements from Matco.
