I used the little lathe to make a threaded tube.

Here it is! 3/8-16 thread and 15/64 ID.

Drilled out one of the syringes that arrived today.

...and drilled it up to 3/8". The entire nose of this syringe was drilled away by the time I was done.

Then drilled...

...and tapped the adapter block.

All parts ready to assemble.

Assembled and ready to go...just need to fill the syringe with micro and clamp it to the end of the glareshield tube edge. I'm going to do this tomorrow morning before the heat of the day sets in and makes the epoxy cure too quickly.
