Jo brought over the last two pieces of joggle tooling he had machined at his HS shop. Thanks! After we cut them into four pieces each (the aluminum cutting done on the band saw and the steel cutting done with a hacksaw), we did a test of the joggle tooling.

It worked great! This test piece is .025 thick, so the offset is .1875...exactly as desired! Because the rear window acrylic isn't a consistent thickness, I will use some shims to reduce the joggle height as needed. .1875 is the tallest joggle which will be needed.
