Well yesterday I had to leave my job because of back trouble...they said if I came back there would be trouble. :-) Anyway, this means I'm going to have more time to work on the plane until I find another job, so there should be more progress. Today I finished drilling the forward support for rivets.

Then I noticed that the center support bar was quite a tight fit and decided to make some shims to allow the bar to be installed and removed more easily. I used some 0.016 thick scrap aluminum.
