Here's a photo of one of the seat belt brackets all laid out. Again note that
even though the two bend lines along the right side of the part are drawn
perpendicular to the horizontal bend lines, I won't actually use those. I'll angle
them about 1/16 inch before bending that end flange.
First step was to trim out the bend relief area in the upper right corner.
Then bend the long flange down 55 degrees.
Here's my modification of the bend line. I offset the existing line by 1/32 inch
to the left at the top and 1/32 inch to the right at the bottom.
With the side flange completed, the main part of this bracket is done.
I learned that I needed to trim away some of this flange to clear the doubler rib
flange.
