I started the evening by deburring the partner of the bulkhead I did on Thursday. It went somewhat faster. Only 1 1/2 hours for this one.

The next set of bulkheads had the same problem as the previous ones where the flanges overlapped. You can see how well the bandsaw works (on top) for resolving this problem. Of course, I rounded all the corners and smoothed all the edges during the deburring process.

About 4 1/2 hours of deburring today got these parts done.
