The first two pictures here are carried over from the previous night. After several hours, I managed to install and seal up the flop tube, the fuel return fitting, and the vent line. I also dabbed over the rivet heads at the nose doubler.

Here's a shot from the outside. Just gotta connect up and install the BNC connectors and this tank will be ready to close up!
